The bank said it issued licenses in line with the article 17 of the Law “On Central Bank of Uzbekistan” and article 4 of the Law “On credit unions”.
Tashkent-based Palata kredit invest with the charter capital of 80 million soums and Shahrikhan-based Almaz with authorized capital of 38 million received licenses.
Oq oltin (Rishtan district, Ferghana region) with the charter capital of 37.5 million soums, Alfa Invest (Andijan city) with the charter capital of 37 million soums, Daromad bulogi (Urgench district, Khorezm region) with the authorized capital of 37.1 million soums also received permissions.
The credit unions will finance business projects of their members and render micro leasing services.
In line with the date of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, currently, there are 100 credit unions are operating in Uzbekistan.
