Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 7 June, the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with a delegation led by First Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Jurgen Rigterink. This was reported by the press service of the regulator.

Rigterink highly appreciated the reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan and confirmed the EBRD’s intention to continue financial, investment and consulting support for the economic transformation processes in the Republic.

Based on the results of the negotiations, the parties outlined the next steps for the further development of bilateral cooperation in the framework of the designated areas.
