Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting was held at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan with the participation of an expert from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), during which an analysis of the current state of the collateral registry was conducted.

The meeting focused on measures to improve the registry system and presented proposals for its enhancement.

A presentation was also made on strengthening the legal framework and ensuring the effective application of collateral registry services.

In the open dialogue, the IFC expert shared recommendations for improving operations in this area and discussed ways to promote the use of the registry based on international experience.
