The regulator said that the certificate was re-registered in line with the Law of Uzbekistan “On Central Bank of Uzbekistan” and regulation “On order of accepting payments from individuals by payment agent networks”.

PAYNET was created in Tashkent in 2005. Currently, it is the only payment network, which acts as general agent in Uzbekistan. Number of payment points of Uzbekistan exceeds 23,000.

PAYNET system allows online payment collection for the following services: cell phone, Internet and IP-telephony, Utilities, Lang-line phone, and many other, in the real time mode 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, without holidays and breaks.
