CBU keeps refinancing rate at 14% APR

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Central Bank of Uzbekistan kept its refinancing rate at 14% APR, the press service of the regulator said on 10 February.

The decision was adopted in line with the resolution of the Central Bank Board from 23 January 2010 in line with the law “On Central Bank of Uzbekistan”.

The bank said the refinancing rate was not changed based on main directions of monetary policy for 2010 and actual and expected inflation rate.
