The presidential decree “On measures on cardinal decreasing statistics, tax, financial reporting, licensed types of activities and permission procedures” entrusted the Cabinet of Ministers to review fees, paid by businesses to obtain licenses and permission documents. The fee was cut twice.
The rules of issuing licenses to commercial banks to carry out operations in hard currencies were changed to comply with the presidential decree. Now, the banks will pay US$1,000 to obtain license for hard currency operations, while earlier the fee was US$2,000.
The document will come into force on 21 December 2012.
