The resolution "On measures for further development of Governmental Portal of Uzbekistan at Internet" said the website www.gov.uz is official web portal of the Cabinet of Ministers. The portal is part of infrastructure on information exchange with organizations, legal entities and population.

The portal is aimed at creating specialised information system for formation and development of state information resources, render interactive state services to legal entities and individuals, information population and others on activity of the government, assisting in effective activity of organizations, unifying intra-departmental information exchange, etc.

Information and Development Group under Center on development and introduction of ICT, UZINFOCOM will administrate the web portal of the government, the resolution said.
