Adnan Orahovac scored an equalizer on 24 minutes. Zabihillo Urinboev scored the second goal of Bunyodkor. Kahe Maharadze netted the equalizer of Pakhtakor, but nine minutes later Akromjon Kimolov scored the winner of Bunyodkor Tashkent.

In the second match of the semifinal, Nasaf Karshi outplayed Lokomotiv Tashkent in home soil. Azamat Allaniyazov (15 minutes) and Shohru Gadoev (28 minutes) scored goals for Karshi club.
