Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — JSC “Bukhoro Suv Ta’minoti” has received 45 units of modern specialized equipment as part of ongoing efforts to modernize the water supply system and strengthen the material and technical base of the utilities sector in Bukhara.
The handover ceremony was attended by Acting Chairman of the Board of “Uzsuvta’minot” Akhmad Suvankulov and the Mayor of Bukhara, Kurban Tursunov.
Officials noted that the modernization of the water supply system, infrastructure upgrades, and the improvement of public utility services to international standards are among the priority areas of state policy in Uzbekistan.
In recent years, the sector has undergone large-scale reforms aimed at introducing modern technologies, energy-efficient equipment, and improving the reliability of engineering networks. Particular attention has been given to strengthening the technical capacity of water supply enterprises and improving service quality for the population.
