Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy Minister Shakhlo Turdikulova met with the head of Guangzhou Youdi Biotechnology Co Li Laiqing at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation. The parties discussed issues of establishing cooperation.

Shahlo Turdikulova expressed the readiness of the Ministry to support the project for the production of biotechnological preparations and diagnostic equipment. The Chinese side noted that it is ready to bring production and start work after all the necessary procedures.

Youdi Biotech Co. Ltd. was established in 2010 and produces immunodiagnostic technologies and 5 privately patented new technological medical devices. Today this company supplies its products to more than 50 countries of the world, the annual turnover is 50 million dollars.

At the first stage, it is planned to launch production at the finished site. At the second stage - the construction of a plant for the production of reagents and equipment for laboratories.

The parties agreed to sign a Memorandum within the framework of the second Tashkent International Investment Forum, which is being held in the capital.
