In line with the government resolution, the production buildings No. 3 (press-forging shop) and No. 8 (tool and mechanical shop) of Uzbektextilmash will be realized to BF Textile Produktion on evaluation cost.

Independent evaluation cost of these buildings was determined at 5.443 billion soums. BF Textile Produktion will pay this sum within seven years in equal share each six months.

BF Textile Produktion will create modern capacities on the production of textile goods on the base of these buildings.

The investor undertook obligation to invest US$7 million and organize spinning-sewing enterprise by 1 September 2010, which will be equipped with modern equipment. The enterprise will process at least 5,000 tonnes of cotton-fiber a year.
