Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 22 April, within the framework of the exhibition “INNOPROM. Central Asia", a round table "Technological cooperation in the oil and gas industry: best practices, personnel, investments" was held, organized with the support of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra. This was reported by the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in Uzbekistan.

During the event, issues of ensuring technological sovereignty in the energy sector through intercountry interaction, technological cooperation, industry standardization and education in the oil and gas complex were considered.

In turn, Deputy Trade Representative of Russia in Uzbekistan Igor Kamynin spoke about the interaction of business between Russia and Uzbekistan in the oil and gas industry, the support provided by the Trade Mission to Russian companies, trends in the development of foreign trade cooperation between the two states and measures taken in the republic to attract foreign investors.
