The document was signed by Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan on 14 November 2008 in Kishinev, said Deputy Interior Minister Anatoly Kurilets.
The sides pledged to improve the regulations on the fight against illegal manufacturing and trade of arms, to elaborate a uniform strategy in counteracting these crimes, create a joint databank about trans-frontier criminal groups, their leaders and participants. The sides will use the method of controlled delivery on the basis of mutual agreements. Other forms of cooperation are the exchange of experience, practical conferences, consultations.
