At the same time, the operator’s revenue fell by 7.66% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2016 and made up US$169 million.
The revenue in mobile communication segment made up US$494 million in nine months of 2016 against US$523 million in the same period of 2015 (-5%).
The revenue from data transfer in the reporting made up US$96 million, which fell by 6% compared to the third quarter of 2015.
EBITDA (Operating Income before Depreciation and Amortization) in Uzbekistan made up US$290 million in nine months of 2016, which fell by 8% compared to the same period of 2015.
At the same time margin of transactions fell by 1.6 percentage points to 58.3% in January-September of 2016.
Beeline subscribers’ base in Uzbekistan by the end of the nine months of 2016 made up 9.6 million people, which decreased by 5.89% year-on-year. Number of users of data transfer services fell to 4.5 million subscribers in nine months of 2016 (-6.25%).
Average bill for a mobile subscriber per month (ARPU) made up US$5.6 in nine months of 2016 (unchanged).
Indicator MOU (minutes of use) reached 558 minutes in nine months of 2016 compared with 550 minutes in the same period of 2015 (+1.45%).
