Beeline Uzbekistan supports a unique mentorship program by the American Chamber of Commerce

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), in collaboration with USAID's Future Growth Initiative (FGI) and with the support of Beeline Uzbekistan, has created a groundbreaking mentorship program for young women in Central Asia.

This program aims to develop the professional and personal skills of second- and fourth-year university students from multiple universities.

The program attracted 81 applications from students from 10 universities. 32 of them successfully passed the selection process and were accepted as participants. Over the next six months, they will receive training and mentorship from a diverse group of 20 mentors, including C-level executives, academics, and business leaders from the USA, UK, India, Turkey, UAE, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.

The program includes 5–10 personal sessions, 6 group lectures with top specialists on various skill development topics, and 6 visits to major international and local companies, including Beeline Uzbekistan. These visits will provide participants with the opportunity to observe excellent practices and get inspiration for their professional development.

Special attention is given to the workshops, eight of which will be led by the HR Committee chair of AmCham and Chief People Officer of Beeline Uzbekistan, Sofiya Gaynutdinova, as well as the Head of Training and Talent Development, Zhanna Khaydarova. Their contribution helps the participants gain valuable knowledge in personal branding, presentation skills, goal setting, public speaking, and many other skills necessary for a successful career.

"At Beeline Uzbekistan, we believe that investing in the development of the younger generation is an investment in our country's future. Therefore, we are delighted to support the mentorship program, which allows young women to learn from experienced mentors, enhance their abilities, and build successful careers. We are confident that these brilliant participants will contribute significantly to our country's development," stated Sofiya Gaynutdinova, Beeline Uzbekistan's Chief People Officer.
