Beeline Uzbekistan supported the "First Among Equals" award for female leadership

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The award, organized by the business media Kursiv, took place on December 14 at the Hyatt Regency Tashkent.

Beeline Uzbekistan partnered with the inaugural award in women's leadership, "First Among Equals," for the best projects and initiatives supporting women and gender equality in Uzbekistan. The contest included active representatives from enterprises and companies, as well as public figures advocating for women's rights and advancing women's leadership in Central Asia.

In 2023, Leila Allayorova, Chief Marketing Officer of John Deere's official dealer in Uzbekistan, was named "First Among Equals in Agriculture".

Yana Dadeush, Head of Sales at "Zebra Blinds" received the award for "First Among Equals in Manufacturing".

Venera Khadeeva, FDG Group's Chief Operating Officer, won the award "First Among Equals in Construction".

Payme's Director of Marketing, Nodira Shermatova, was named "First Among Equals in Finance".

Nargiza Saipova, Senior Legal Consultant at Uzum Market, received the "First Among Equals in ICT" award.

The Korzinka trading network's corporate project helping women was selected the "Best Corporate Project Supporting Women".

The Wonder Woman community team won the prize for "Best Initiative to Promote Women in Business".

The "Best Project Supporting Women in Uzbekistan" was recognized as the Republican Center for Socio-Economic Development "SABR".

The project of "Shared prosperity through cooperation in border regions of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan" funded by the United Nations Peacebuilding Fund was named the "Best International Initiative for Women".

Additionally, the women's entrepreneurship school Business Woman, the Woman Up Team University program, and Care CSR received special awards from the Kursiv business media.

Earlier, Beeline Uzbekistan also became the title partner for the Tumaris.Tech program supporting women's IT startups, bringing together women working and running businesses in the field of information technology in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. A large-scale hackathon was hosted with the company's support, attracting 500 young female engineers from Central Asia.
