The operator said the advantage of tariff plan is its simplicity. The tariff plan is in soums and it has preferential tariff for outgoing calls with Beeline network – only five soums per minute after several minutes of all (depends on region).

Unitel director-general Igor Pilyugin said: “New tariff plan is revolutionary move: simplicity and affordability of Hello combines with unique competitive advantages of Beeline. I am sure, high communication quality, soum tariffing and low cost will make new tariff as one of market leaders.”

The company said that outgoing calls are tariffed at 5 soums per minute after first minute for subscribers of Jizzakh, Namangan, Samarkand, Surkhandarya and Syrdarya regions.

Subscribers from Tashkent city, Andijan, Bukhara, Kashkadrya, Navoi, Tashkent and Khorezm regions can talk for five soums per minute from the second minute, while subscribers from Karakalpakstan and Ferghana region – from third minute.

The operator said incoming calls from mobile phones are available even subscribers balance is equal 0 or below. The tariff plan is available for subscribers of pre-paid system.
