Beeline fully restores communication in Marhamat district
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Largest communication operator Beeline (VimpelCom Ltd in Uzbekistan) fully restored telecommunication services and resumed all services in Marhamat district of Andijan region, where a fire in one of the buildings deactivated the nodal-communication station.

Technical director Unitel Denis Kotlyarenko said: “In Saturday’s incident have stopped working twenty four base stations, including burnt. Our specialists as soon as possible redirected communication channels to alternative routes, restoring communication completely.”

The nodal-communication station Beeline in Marhamat district was located on a rented plot of the roof of the affected building.

“Today the results of large-scale disconnection completely eliminated and twenty-three base stations from previously twenty-four inaccessible, are working in normal mode, — says the director of Eastern branch Unitel Sanjarbek Iminov. — For obvious reasons the aerial affected by fire is unrepairable, but during the period of its substitution we redistribute the loading to adjacent stations with spare capacity. Former network cover of Marhamat district has already been secured.”
