Over 100 people installed MQA apps to their smartphones at the conference in Tashkent. The app allows Beeline to study and improve quality of communication.

Head of the project on development of clientele experience of Unitel Oraz Abdurazakov said that the users, who installed the app, can study advantage of the app at the event and received answers to their questions. He said that the company continues to work on development of MQA and soon thousands of subscribers will be able to download the app.

Beeline announced about launch of Mobile Quality Analyzer (MQA) in the beginning of July. The programme allows to monitor quality of network. The MAQ app stores data in the database for future processing and creation of reports.
