Baraka to raise charter capital by 200m soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint stock universal leasing company Baraka registered the third emission of shares for 200 million soums, the company said in an announcement.

The leasing company will issue 20,000 ordinary shares within the emission. The par value of the emission is 10,000 soums each. The shares will be placed within a year.

The charter capital of company currently makes up 1.5 billion soums, which comprises of 150,000 ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums each.
