The decision on emission of additional shares of Baliqchi was registered at the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.

Within the emission, Baliqchi will place 50,000 shares, of which 39,500 are ordinary and 10,500 preferential stocks. The par value of shares is 13,000 soums each. Total volume of the issue is 650 million soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed in open subscription among unlimited number of investors. Shareholders have primary right to purchase securities at the volume equal to their share in the company.

Baliqchi was founded in Quyichirchiq district of Tashkent region on 11 December 1995 and it specializing in breeding fish and its realization. Currently, the enterprise breeds several types of fish.
