In line with the decision of shareholders, the company will float 50,000 shares, of which 39,500 are ordinary and 10,500 are preferential shares. The par value of shares is 13,000 soums.

The company said that total sum of the emission makes up 650 million soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors, the company added.

At the same time, the shareholders of the company will have advantage to purchase securities in number proportional to the number of their shareholders.
