Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 26 April 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a meeting with the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth Affairs and Development of the United Kingdom David Cameron.

David Cameron made a stop in Tashkent on his way back to London.

The Minister and the Secretary of State discussed a number of areas of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom in both bilateral and multilateral formats.

"We have once again confirmed our strong support for enriching relations with more tangible results," the Uzbek Foreign Minister said in his Telegram channel.

On 23 April David Cameron visited Uzbekistan. The visit was aimed at expanding cooperation in the field of economic development, education and independence in the region.
