Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held meetings with representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

The meetings took place on the sidelines of the 30th meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers in the capital of North Macedonia, Skopje.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan held a meeting with the Director of the OSCE ODIHR Matteo Mecacci. The parties discussed the results of Mr. Mecacci’s recent visit to Uzbekistan and outlined cooperation plans for the coming years.

There was also a meeting with the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities Kairat Abdrakhmanov. The parties discussed issues of interaction in promoting the principles of interethnic harmony and tolerance in the Organization’s space.
