Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting in New York with the founder, chairman, and CEO of Global Infrastructure Partners, as well as the senior managing director of BlackRock, Adebayo Ogunlesi.

During the meeting, the sides discussed opportunities for deepening cooperation aimed at sustainable investments across various sectors.

"Uzbekistan is striving to create a favorable investment climate, and BlackRock’s experience aligns perfectly with our strategic goals of modernization and improving connectivity," Saidov noted on his Telegram channel.

The Minister expressed confidence that such cooperation could lead to the formation of a strong partnership capable of implementing transformative projects in Central Asian region.
