Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Russian airline Azimut will open regular flights between Termez and Sochi from 1 April 2024. This was announced by the administration of Surkhandarya region.

Flights between these cities will operate weekly, on Mondays.

The new route is aimed at increasing the flow of tourists between Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation, as well as facilitating travel for Uzbek citizens to the Russian southern regions.

SSJ-100 aircraft will be used to service this route.

Travel time to Adler Airport will be about 3 hours 50 minutes.
