The awarding ceremony of the laureates of the Bazaar Art and solemn concert were held on Saturday evening.
Last day of the exhibition was reach for events as masters from various regions of Uzbekistan shared their knowledge and experience. On 18 November, famous ceramists Alisher Rakhimov and Odilbek Matchanov gave master classes on producing various goods from clay.
On 19 November, the laureates of the Bazaar Art were awarded. So, Mirsaid Nigmatov from Tashkent received award “Master of wood engraving” and Sayyora Hakimova from Bukhara – “Master of traditional embroidery”.
Nilufar Rasulova received award “For rehabilitation of artistic printed cloth”, Latif Sadriddinov got award “Master of traditional textile” and Ulugbek Muhammedov – “For preserving tradition in modern look”.
The organizers also awarded encouragement prizes to Ortiq Fayzullaev (For preserving traditions of Tashkent wood engraving school), Jasur Jumayev (young craftsman), Lutfiya Ruziyeva (Master of traditional embroidery), Nurmuhammad Valiev (Master of fabrics), and Obidjon Narzullaev (Young ceramics master).
Uzbek singers Abdulla Shomagrupov, Zulayho Bayhanova and Ziyoda presented their songs to the participants of the awarding ceremony.
