Authorized funds of 82.6% of joint stock companies do not meet legislative requirements
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Authorized funds of only 17.4% of joint stock companies meets requirements of decree of President of Uzbekistan "On measures on further increase of financial stability of enterprises of real sector of economy."

According to the document authorized funds of newly established joint stock companies have to constitute no less that US$400,000. The companies should meet this requirements.

Analysis conducted by Central Securities Depository showed that as of 1 July, only in 17.4% of joint stock companies authorized funds meet requirements of the decree, and their total volume constitutes US$3.272 billion or 96.8% of total value of all authorized funds.
