Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The Agency for State Asset Management (AUGA) has announced a tender to attract a professional consulting company for the privatization of 100% stakes in Humson Sanatoriysi and Olmos recreation zones.

These recreational areas, located in the picturesque Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level, are known for their unique landscapes and are situated 80 km northeast of Tashkent.

The consultant selected for the privatization process will need to consider the sectoral and individual characteristics of these properties. They must organize the sale process based on best international practices and conduct global marketing campaigns through leading international business publications to attract potential investors specializing in the management and development of resort and wellness complexes.

Interested applicants are invited to submit their proposals by 18:00 (Tashkent time) on 29 August 2024. The chosen consultant is expected to provide all necessary advice and services to ensure the successful privatization of these assets.
