The Ministry abolished a previous form of information on audit activities and rules for their filling.
The audit companies now should provide information on their activities as of 31 December to the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan personally or send the forms via postal service.
According to approved rules, all lines of the form should be filled. If the audit companies do not have information, they should cross out that line. The provided information should be full and accurate.
Information, signed by the head of the audit organization should also be also signed by the person, who prepared it. The form should include date. The decree of the Ministry also set technical requirements for completion of the form.
Now the form is filled and submitted once a year. Earlier, the audit company were submitting the form twice a year – as of 1 July and 31 December.
