The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered emission prospectus of the company.

In line with the document, the company will place 1,342,770 ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total volume of emission on par value makes up 1,342,770,000 soums.

In the result of placement of shares, the charter capital of Asl Oyna OJSC will reach 1,342,820,000 soums, the company noted.

As earlier reported, Asl Oyna OJSC launched production of glassware products for 22 million euros in October 2009.

Germany’s HEYE International GmbH supplied technological equipment to Asl Oyna. The enterprise will produce 150 tonnes of glass mass and 126 million units of ready glassware products.

Asl Oyna has an opportunity on production of various glassware goods from flint glass and colour glass. The enterprise will help to decrease import of glassware products.
