Barno Mirzayeva became silver medalists in karate competitions in the weight category of 61 kg. She lost to Syakilla Salni Binti Jefry Krisnan of Malaysia in the final bout.

Boxer Shahobidin Zoirov lost in the final bout to Ilyas Suleimanov of Kazakhstan and won the silver medal of the Asian Games.

Currently, Uzbekistan won 42 medals – 9 gold, 13 silver and 20 bronze medals at the Asian Games.
