ASIA INSHURANS to raise charter capital to 1.5m euros

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- ASIA INSHURANS LLC plans to increase its charter capital to 3.30 billion soums or 1.5 million euros by the mid-October 2009, the company said. The founders adopted the corresponding decision.

The company’s website said the charter capital of the company is now US$1.339 million. Assets of the company comprised 4.03 billion soums as of 31 December 2008.

ASIA INSHURANS LLC is insurance company, working in Uzbekistan. The company was created on 13 April 2005. Currently, the insurer has over 17 branches in all regions of Uzbekistan.

The company possesses license of the Finance Ministry of Uzbekistan, which allows to carry out insurance activity on 13 classes.
