The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market of the State Committee of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition registered an emission of the shares of the bank on 9 September 2013.

Within the emission, Asia Alliance Bank will issue 48 million ordinary shares with the par value of 250 soums each.

It is worth to mention that the charter capital of the bank exceeded 50.8 billion soums at the end of the first half of 2013.
