Asia Alliance Bank to pay dividends for 2011
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Shareholders of private open joint stock commercial bank “Asia Alliance Bank” distributed net income for 2009-2011 at the size of 11.37 billion soums.
According to the decision of shareholders, the bank will direct 974.725 soums to increase reserve fund and the same sum to preferred crediting fund.
Shareholders issued over 9.42 billion soums to payment of dividends to shares of the bank. The size of the dividend is 84.26 soums.
Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 111.9 million ordinary shares.
