China UnionPay is a national payment system of China. It was founded in 2002 as the association of the banks of China. As of the end of 2010, UnionPay cards are accepted in 141 countries at over 1 million ATMs. Now, it holds first place on number of issued cards as it emitted over 3.4 billion cards.

China UnionPay Classic allows to pay for goods and services, as well as withdraw cash worldwide. The card is opened in US dollars. The transactions can be conducted in US dollars and national currency of the country, where the card is used.
