The Center for coordinating and controlling over securities market of Uzbekistan registered prospectus emission of corporate bonds.
According to the bank, Asaka Bank will issue 10,000 bonds with nominal value of 1 million soums each. Total volume of the issue will make up 10 billion soums.
The bonds’ circulation term is 1,825 days from the date of placement. The coupon is paid quarterly, calculated on the base of the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
As reported earlier, Asaka Bank placed bonds for 20 billion soums in 2010 within the first issue. The bank issued 20,000 bonds with par value of 1 million soums.
State joint stock commercial bank Asaka, founded in 1995, is one of largest commercial banks of Uzbekistan.
