Asaka Bank registers emission of shares for 75bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- State joint stock commercial bank “Asaka” registered an additional emission of shares for 75 billion soums.

The bank will place 67,441,194 ordinary shares with par value of 1,112.08 soums each. Total sum of the issue makes up over 75 billion soums.

All shares of the issue will be placed on close subscription among Almalyk Mining and Metallurgy Combine, Navoi Mining and Metallurgy Combine, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari, Uzbekneftegaz, Uzbektelecom, Uzbekenergo and Uzmetkombinat.
