The center for coordination and development of securities market under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition registered the prospectus of emission of the banks on 24 December 2013.

Within the issue, Asaka Bank will place 1,226,698 ordinary shares with nominal value of 61,140 soums each. Total sum of the issue make sup 75,000,315,720 soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on close subscription among Almalyk Mining and Metallurgy Combine, Navoi Mining and Metallurgy Combine, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari,Uzbekneftegaz, Uzbektelecom, Uzbekenergo and Uzmetkombinat.

The shares of the issue will be placed on market prices, but not less than the par value of the shares.
