Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to implement the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 29 July 2022 “On measures to accelerate the development of cooperation in the field of tourism with Turkic states”, the "Tabarruk Ziyorat" platform was launched, operating in the languages of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States, which is being continuously improved. Additionally, an interactive map of sacred places is placed on the platform.

The Tourism Committee at the secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States held a presentation of the platform for tour operators working within the framework of the "Tabarruk Ziyorat" project.

At the event, the Secretary-General of the OTS, Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, spoke with an introductory word, emphasizing the importance of developing tourism ties and increasing tourism mobility within the member states of the OTS. The Secretary-General once again confirmed the organization's support for deepening the tourism connections of the Turkic world.

Participants of the meeting also introduced their companies and discussed the problems they face during tourism activities in the region.

Moreover, participants had the opportunity to establish business connections with companies operating in the member states of the OTS.
