ARHAT Audit, Uzbek auditor-consulting group, signed a five-year contract on partnership and interaction with FinExpertise, Russian auditor-consulting group, a press release of the Uzbek company said on 27 April.
The release said the agreement envisages establishment of partnership relations between two companies to realize several projects and programmes, directed to improvement of rendered services in audit and consulting.
Mariya Sharipova, director-general of ARHAT Audit, said the partnership with FinExpertise is another step to strategic development of the company. She added that the companies will exchange professional experience to improve quality and optimization of existing services.
Sharipova said the interaction with the Russian firm presents opportunity to enter new markets of audit and consulting in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). She said the Uzbek company hopes for fruitful cooperation with FinExpertise and expects positive results from joint activity.
ARHAT Audit was founded in Uzbek market to render services in audit and audit related services. The client base of the company includes companies, engaged in edible oil and fat, mining, chemical, telecommunication and other sectors.
This year, ARHAT Audit opened its branch in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. The company actively works in various projects with international finance institutes.
FinExpertise, founded in 1997, renders wide scale services in audit, accounting and taxation, legal, tax, financial and investment consulting, strategic planning and market research. According to Expert Rating Agency (Russia), the company holds the seventh place in rating of the largest audit-consulting groups of Russia.
