Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 19 February 2025, Apple introduced the iPhone 16e, positioned as an affordable alternative within the iPhone 16 lineup.

The device is designed to replace previous models such as the iPhone SE and iPhone 14, offering modern features at a lower price.

Design and Display

The iPhone 16e features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, delivering vibrant colors and deep blacks. The design resembles the iPhone 14, with flat edges, a glass back panel, and an aluminum frame.

Notably, this model lacks the Home button, relying on Face ID for unlocking.

Performance and Battery Life

At the core of the iPhone 16e is the A18 chip with integrated Apple Intelligence, ensuring high performance and support for advanced applications.

The device also includes Apple’s new C1 modem, which enhances connectivity and extends battery life.

According to Apple, the iPhone 16e offers 12 hours more battery life compared to previous SE models.

Camera

The rear panel houses a 48MP camera with a Fusion lens and a 2x telephoto zoom, allowing for high-quality shots.

Unlike previous models, the iPhone 16e features a single-camera setup, yet still delivers impressive photography capabilities.
