In line with the shareholders, the company will raise par value of shares from 10,000 soums to 11,630 soums.

In the result, the authorized capital of Andijon Biokimyo Zavodi OJSC will reached to 6.297 billion soums.

Andijon Biokimyo Zavodi OJSC was commissioned in 1953. The enterprise specializes in production of hydrolytic goods.

In line with the decision of the Government of Uzbekistan, the plant stopped production of hydrolytic goods. The plant was re-equipped for production of alcohol.

The first line on production of rectified food alcohol from wheat with the capacity of 856,600 decaliters a year was commissioned in 1994. The second line with the capacity of 856,600 decaliters was launched in 2001.
