Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the initiative of the Archery Federation, an online seminar was organized with the participation of a specialist from Uzbekistan, Natalia Anatolyevna Butuzova, who is currently continuing her activities in Germany. The seminar was attended by representatives of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports, athletes and coaches of the country.

Natalia Butuzova is from Bukhara, she became a prize-winner at the 1980 Olympics in Moscow. She is well known as a specialist who has contributed to the development of archery in Uzbekistan. He is currently continuing his activities in Germany as a coach of the women's national team.

At the beginning of her speech, the specialist noted that Uzbekistan pays great attention to the development of archery and expressed her gratitude to the leadership. During the seminar, Butuzova shared her experience with archers, told how an athlete should behave and touched on the topic of technical and psychological training.

“When does an athlete achieve high results? - While gaining experience during training camps and international competitions. The athlete should always believe in himself, and that he will win his opponent, he should be psychologically stable. The main thing is to take part in international competitions more often,” our compatriot said.

The specialist also noted that athletes need to listen to the advice of their coaches and follow their instructions in order to achieve success. During the seminar, the participants were able to get answers to their questions. At the end of the event, Natalia Butuzova expressed her gratitude and wished everyone success.
