Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of tourism and sports, the Agency for state assets management, the “Charvak” free tourism zone and the khokimiyat of the Bostanlyk region organized an information tour of the objects proposed for implementation and located in one of the most interesting tourist destinations of our republic - Bostanlyk region of Tashkent region.

The implementation of the facilities is provided for by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of september 17, 2020. № 560 “On measures for the effective use of free, unused and ineffectively used objects and land in the Bostanlyk region, the organization on their basis of tourism and service infrastructure.” This decree proposes for the implementation of 26 large recreation areas and 35 empty state facilities.

The information tour participants were accompanied by the first deputy head of the Directorate of the free tourist zone “Charvak” Aziz Nagayev, deputy director of the directorate Otabek Babamuradov, chief specialist Bekzod Safarov, head of the department of administration of the Ministry of tourism and sports Abror Munavvarov, specialist of the e-ijro auction Bobur Tursunov, head of the Agency for the management of state assets Ruslan Bekchanov.

“Within the framework of this information tour, entrepreneurs and media representatives were familiarized with 12 recreation areas (the Economist recreation area, the buildings and structures of the “Chatkal” sanatorium, the former stronghold and the adjacent territory, the Linguist sports and recreation camp, the “Soylik” recreation area, Camp of the Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals, sports and recreation camp “Hydroenergetic”, Former camp of the Medical Academy, OOO “Zumrad Service”, buildings and structures and land plots “Gazalkent” Suvokova, Recreation area of   SE “Geoburtekhnika”, unused old buildings), which are located throughout the territory of the “Charvak” reservoir, both in the mountainous area and not far from the coast. Accordingly, we hope that they will arouse the interest of a wide range of entrepreneurs who, along with the creation of hotel complexes at these facilities, will be able to create modern services for a wide range of tourist entertainment,” said Otabek Babamuradov, deputy director of the “Charvak” free tourist zone directorate. 

All objects will be sold through public auctions, and most of them on the electronic trading platform “E-Ijro auksion”, therefore, within the framework of the info tour, specialists answered all questions of interest, from participation in the auction to registration of rights to real estate.
