Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An eighth-grade student of the State Specialized General Education Philological School No. 99 of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district died on the territory of the educational institution.

According to information from the Department of Preschool and School Education of the city of Tashkent, on the evening of 27 November, at approximately 18:15, a student, leaving the school sport complex, suddenly lost consciousness and fell.

School staff urgently called an ambulance, and the student was taken to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Cardiology. Despite the medical assistance provided, the student died.

An investigation into this case is currently underway. According to the preliminary conclusion, death occurred as a result of injuries received from electricity, acute respiratory failure, cardiovascular failure, cerebral and pulmonary edema, and electric shock to the palm of the left hand.
