The tremors occurred on March 25, 2025, at 19:00:54. The earthquake had a magnitude of 3.8, with its epicenter located in the Pakhtaabad district of Andijan region at a depth of 15 kilometers. The coordinates of the epicenter were 41.05° N latitude and 72.35° E longitude. The distance to Tashkent was 263 kilometers to the southeast.

In the epicentral zone, the seismic intensity reached 2 points. The earthquake was felt in Uzbekistan as follows: in Pakhtaabad district — 2 points (13 km from the epicenter), in Izboskan district — 2 points (17 km), and in Uchkurgan district — 2 points (20 km).
