Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 6 February, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry held another meeting aimed at expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and Belarus.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry U. Safarov, Deputy Khokim of Andijan region B. Khamraev, Deputy Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee R. Strakhar, Head of the State Institution “Administration of the Free Economic Zone “Mogilev” P. Marinenko, as well as representatives of the business circles of the two countries.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for cooperation, expanding cooperation, as well as establishing interregional cooperation through organizing mutual visits, business forums and meetings in B2B format.

As a result of the negotiations, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Territorial Administration of the Andijan Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the State Institution “Administration of the Free Economic Zone “Mogilev”.
