Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Singapore, Minister of Transport I. Makhkamov held talks with the Director General of PSA International Wang Chi Fo.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of establishing mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of transport and logistics, reached an agreement on cooperation in the following areas:

- implementation of a digital trade and logistics platform;

- development and joint construction of new dry ports and logistics infrastructure in our country;

- exchange of experience in the construction of transport and logistics centers and advanced training of Uzbek specialists in this area in Singapore, etc.

As a result of negotiations between the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan and PSA International Pte Ltd, an Agreement on cooperation in the field of transport and logistics was signed.
