In line with the decision of shareholders, Ammofos-Maxam will raise its charter capital from 4.94 billion soums to 20.95 billion soums.

According to the decision, the company will raise par value of placed shares from 5,000 soums to 21,211 soums due to capitalization of undistributed income for previous years.

Shareholders approved emission of 987,872 ordinary shares with par value of 21,211 soums in line with the legislation of Uzbekistan.

During the session, shareholders of Ammofos-Maxam distributed net income of the company for 2008 at the size of 10.902 billion soums.

Shareholders directed 4.796 billion soums (or 44% of net income) to development of production through capitalization into charter capital.

The company allocated 5.996 billion soums to payment of dividends. The size of dividend per share makes up 6,069.72 soums. The company issued 1% of net income or 109.02 million soums to reserve funds. Other 850,448 soums of net income were not distributed.
